There are recipes… passed down through generations. There are secret recipes… those kept sacred until the right person and the right time arises to share them (much like the guru-disciple tradition.) What recipe do we follow in living a life of Soul? How much wisdom, how much love, how much service must be stirred into the batter of our consciousness?
