As we continue in our Kriya series we explore how freedom of the mind from restlessness and attachment to acquired sensory impressions helps us to reach that state of mental equilibrium wherein the mind can rest in the light of soul. The purpose of Yoga is to train the mind in order that all its powers may be fully utilized to attain enlightenment. Meditation is liberation of the mind.
