We Intuitively Know

There is a unity of life
that we intuitively know in our soul.

When we become aware of it
we respond in ways noble and beautiful.

Though life is experienced individually,
the source and perfection of it
is shared by all beings.

To love and serve wisely is to share
the greatest blessing of our soul.

The meditative life is not
closed off from worldly encounters. 
It is pursued through every aspect of life 
with will, wisdom and love.
Living thus, we dedicate our life to the 
realization of the oneness of God—
one with our soul, and the soul of all beings; 
one with the source that pervades 
and sustains the whole universe.
